Safai Straight Bourbon Barrel No. 2
Aged to perfection in a #3 char Kelvin Cooperage barrel, this bourbon boasts a dark, rum-like hue, with the final barrel proof settling at an impressive 120. Our unique mash bill, created by founder and supertaster Mike Safai, features honey-roasted malt, adding a distinct richness to the profile.
